We at Invent Software have been discovering, solving and inventing with technology all of our lives,

The Discovery Session:
We start off every client engagement with a Discovery Session. We listen while you share with us:
- how you work
- what you want to change
- and what makes you uniquely effective
Once the Discovery session is complete, we synthesize what you have shared with us into a Roadmap for how to reach your goals.
The Roadmap:
Your Roadmap is a detailed plan for meeting the needs uncovered during the Discovery Session. Its phased approach allows you
to be in control of the improvement process, showing you:
- a high-level overview of how things fit together
- the steps to get started using your solution
- and the timeline and cost of each phase
The Launch:
After finalizing the Roadmap together, we work closely with you throughout the launch process to make everything as hassle
free as possible. It's the beginning of a relationship that allows you to work free of limitation, free to do what you were designed for.
